- Connects to your Point of Sale (POS) systems via authorized API access
- Analyzes operational data to identify patterns and insights
- Delivers AI-generated notes and recommendations
- Provides mobile and web applications for accessing insights
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Be authorized to connect the POS systems you register
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Access to Rezy Analytics requires an active subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the fees associated with your chosen plan
- Provide valid payment information
- Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
You retain all rights to your operational data. We use your data solely to provide the Service and will not sell or share it with third parties without your consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rezy Analytics, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party conduct on the Service
- Any other matter relating to the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
